On our Glow Dome front sights, the ring carries phosphorescent material aiding in a front sight that aids visibility while your eyesight adjust to dark light.

USFirst time buyer
I ordered the rear sights for my two Shadow System XR and MR . I didn’t like the stock black rear sights . Installed the Night Fision night rear sight and I’m very happy with it . The sight height worked perfectly. I’m going to order night sights for my Glock 23 soon .

Still has a big old gap on each side of the picture that's the difference that a lot of room for error everyone says get a optic wouldn't need one if someone could make a decent sight. so not sure how you can sell something claiming it make a better picture and it doesn't this thing is no different than the original. Good advertising you got me. Pictures are what I got and what I thought I was getting. Maybe I made a mistake either or don't expect any difference in you actual sight picture.

These sights are great. Very bright at night, yellow front ring draws the eye. Also love the fact that they get fresh tritium every 2 weeks, and only build your sights when you order them! That way you don't get a who-knows-how-old set of sights that have been sitting on a distributors shelf forever. Install was extremely easy: aluminum drift punch to remove existing sights, use included oil stone to file down base and dovetails of new sights, insert, tap home with punch, tighten set screw - took me maybe 15 minutes tops. TLDR: good price, good sights, tough, bright, easy install.
